RAMSEY REFERRAL REWARDS — RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Eligibility

The Ramsey Referral Rewards Program is open to all current customers of Ramsey Auto Center.

Referred individuals (“Referrals”) must be new customers who have not previously received services at Ramsey Auto Center.

Employees and immediate family members are not eligible to earn referral credits.

2. How to Earn Rewards

For each new customer referred, the Referrer will receive a $25 credit toward future services once the referred customer completes their first paid visit.

The referred customer receives $25 off their first service at the time of payment.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer may make. Multiple credits may be earned and stacked in a single year.

3. Credit Redemption

Referral credits may be used toward any service at Ramsey Auto Center.

Credits are applied after taxes and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credits must be mentioned at the time of service to be applied.

Credits may be combined with other credits but cannot be used in combination with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

4. Expiration of Credits

All earned referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (rolling expiration).

Unused credits after 12 months will automatically expire and be forfeited.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded after expiration.

5. Program Administration

Ramsey Auto Center reserves the right to verify all referrals.

Credits will be issued to the referrer’s account immediately after the referred customer’s first completed service.

Ramsey Auto Center reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of Program terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of earned credits.

6. Legal Stuff

Referral credits are promotional in nature and are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or considered gift certificates.

Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.

⚙️ Ramsey Rewards & Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Ramsey Rewards & Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered by Ramsey Auto Center to reward loyal customers and encourage referrals. Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
The Program is open to all Ramsey Auto Center customers with valid contact information (name, phone number, or email) on file. Accounts must be in good standing to earn or redeem credits.

3. Loyalty Credits

Loyalty Credits are earned on qualifying services and repairs performed at Ramsey Auto Center.
Credits may be based on total dollars spent, service type, or special promotions at Ramsey’s discretion.
Credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may only be applied toward future qualifying services or repairs.
Loyalty Credits cannot be used toward oil changes or in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers, except the standard AAA member discount.
Loyalty Credits expire after 12 months of inactivity on the customer’s account.
Ramsey Auto Center reserves the right to verify, adjust, or correct Loyalty Credit balances in case of errors or misuse.

4. Retroactive Credit (Two-Year Lookback)
Ramsey Auto Center will apply Loyalty Credits retroactively for qualifying services performed within the past two (2) years from the Program start date of November 1st 2025 based on available service records. If a customer’s record cannot be verified, credits may not be issued.

5. Referral Rewards

When a current customer refers a new customer to Ramsey Auto Center, both receive a $25 Ramsey Credit.
The referred customer must mention the referring customer’s name at the time of their first visit for both parties to qualify.
Referral Credits are issued after the new customer completes and pays for their first qualifying service.
Referral and Loyalty Credits follow the same redemption restrictions (no oil changes, AAA discount exception).

6. Redemption

Credits may be applied toward labor, qualifying repairs, diagnostics, or parts purchases.
Credits cannot be used toward oil changes, taxes, state fees, or third-party charges.
Credits may only be used with the standard AAA member discount and cannot be stacked with other specials or coupons.
Credits must be applied at the time of payment and cannot be retroactively deducted after checkout.

7. General Terms

Ramsey Auto Center reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Program or modify any terms at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation may result in loss of credits and removal from the Program.
The Program has no cash surrender value.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of Program rules are at the sole discretion of Ramsey Auto Center.
