Let’s start with the basics: bolts. If your vehicle comes in with 14 undercarriage bolts, it leaves with 14 bolts, all properly installed and tightened. We don’t lose them. We don’t “forget” them. If we see something that isn’t urgent but worth keeping an eye on, we’ll tell you that too, so you can plan ahead and not get blindsided later. What we won’t do is pressure you.
