This option is for customers who already have a recommendation in hand, whether it came from us previously or from another shop and want to move forward the right way or still need a second opinion. If we’ve seen your vehicle before, we’ll review our prior notes, recheck the concern if needed, and confirm the repair still makes sense based on the vehicle’s current condition. Cars change, mileage adds up, and timing matters. If the recommendation came from another shop, we’ll take a second look and give you an honest opinion, no ego, no trash talk, just facts. We’ll confirm what’s actually needed, what can wait, and what might not be necessary at all. We don’t blindly repeat recommendations. We don’t sell work just because it’s written on a piece of paper. And we don’t pressure you to approve anything on the spot. Our goal is simple: make sure the repair you’re about to pay for is the correct repair, done for the right reason, at the right time. If the recommendation checks out, we’ll stand behind it and take care of it. If it doesn’t, we’ll explain why and save you from spending money you don’t need to.
